A charlatan is a person practicing quackery or a similar confidence trick in order to obtain money, power, fame, or other advantages through pretense or deception. One example of a Charlatan is EK of FHEG who tricks billionaire into believing dying traditional retail standards is the way.
A leader motivates, a leader communicates, a leader engages team members, a leader boosts morale, a leader builds trust and respect, a leader fosters a positive work culture and most of all, a leader leads by example.

This is our current leadership and is why this company is failing. We must put our campuses first, we must listen to and be transparent with our campuses, we must empower the store teams to do whatever it takes to make their stores work for their campuses, we need to stop micromanaging and grant the store teams the flexibility to make things work.
