There comes a time when there’s a paradigm shift and instead of the employees proving themselves to the company, its the company that needs to start proving itself to the employees. This is where Citi is right now.

Makes me think they hit close to the truth.

I can attest that there certainly isn’t a lot of confidence in at least half of the management.
Nothing instills confidence like listening to suits with a spray on tan and overly sized glow in the dark bonded teeth. Like those cheesy used car salesmen you see in the movies “So, shall I draw up the paperwork Bob?” When you see and hear that same persona in meetings, you can’t help but reach for your wallet to make sure its still there and wonder what else are they going to try and sell me?
Agreed
Step 1. Get underwear.
Step 2. ?
Step 3. Make money.
We just need to figure out what step 2 is.
For a population that is represented so small, they sure do push it as if 75% of the population was in that mentally ill state of mind.
We were not created to do that to ourselves. The body is a temple.
No use trying to convince these virtue signaling id--ts that what you said is 100% truth. 20 years just the thought of something like that got you in the psychiatric hospital, today, you can be CEO.
And to think, it’s only going to get worse.
Buckle up and hide your kids.
Poor management and technology is catching up to Citi. If the ones who are left continue to do overwork themselves to make up for these issues, the CEO will look good and the shareholders will be happy. Things need to fail sometimes to expose the truth.
You can read all the posts and see that for the most part employees are in agreement.
Short staffing and overworked employees with lackluster raises, bonuses, pay and company growth in comparison to other companies. While I may be in a good spot I can’t help but notice this as well and know that my situation may change at any time.
