Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Just saw someone post after being laid off after 37+ years!

Absolutely disgusted to hear that Nielsen just laid off someone with 37 YEARS of experience. This company keeps axing longtime employees who gave everything—nights, weekends, holidays—sacrificing their time and health for decades. And for what?
No loyalty. No respect.

They’re replacing dedicated professionals with cheap overseas labor just to pad the pockets of investors and make the CEO look good. It's shameful. Corporate greed at its worst.

People aren’t numbers. These are lives and careers being thrown away.

@dx Your comments about only the trash being left is absolutely outrageous.

Nielsen is not the company that it use to be after the sale. The equipment is substandard and as an XMR we had to continuously lie to the Homes just to make our quotas.

Do not degrade people when you have no clue about anything. Nielsen was and is cutting positions and taking them overseas. The majority of the staff has been there for years giving their heart and soul to company it loved and believed in.

I'm not surprised. I'm long gone but can remember back around 2010 ish when they layed off my manager who had been with the company since the 1960s. Terrible for moral. It was shortly after that I really stopped caring the success of the company.

What a pathetic troll. You are seriously a bad person. Now go direct your alcoholic rage elsewhere.

"This is why they keep doing it, because the people in there are pure trash that would accept anything. The great ones already left by themselves and what is left is the worst of the worst, just read some of the comments in this forum."

I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing I made the decision of laying off all of these dedicated and hard working employees. It used to be a company you could depend on, family oriented and cared about their people. Unfortunately that was many, many years ago.

Are you telling those still defending Nielsen because "I'm d-mb and stupid or I have bills to pay" whatever?
