Ford has lost control over everything. Their employees, their quality of vehicles, their management, their direction, and their customer base. Why? Because they don't listen to their employees or customers. Every corporation that fails follows the same blueprint.

@dw they aren’t ready for the gen z stare
Ford will keep fooling customers with their 80s architecture and different make ups. Next EVDD... :):)
Yup! And as the old saying goes, the root cause is usually "THE NUT BEHIND THE WHEEL"!
@dw+1k0s6fx54 They are zombies, just rushing to comply with anything stoopid in order to keep their jobs. After all, where are they going to get another so well paid job? They have no skills, and the world knows by now they su-k as "leaders".
And the same thing happens down the LL ladder. Where only I have seen a little bit of signs of inteligence is at the LL6 levels (few of them), and the retiring managers, because they are the ones with less to lose.
I feel pulling everyone back into the office is grasping at the last bit of control they think they may have.
KG talked about 'designing complex systems' but the reality is, being the computer age, we can do that from anywhere. When I see people in the office...sorry... collaborating...I hate using the corp buzzpuke, they are talking about their weekend or something else, not work related. Any work happens on Teams, even in the office.
What I find disturbing are the talking heads in all these useless meetings. They look like zombies. Dead eyes, deadpan speech, same empty message/report.
