I’ve never met anyone who uses the TDS line who didn’t also believe Obama was coming for their g-ns while in office and that Bidens presidency was actually Obama’s 3rd term from the shadows. AKA, they’re literally the same people that as the ones they claim suffer from TDS.

The only thing I've seen first hand is a push from supply chain but it's not by people dedicated to that function, just a push from the top to use women owned businesses rather than male owned

Honest question: Do we have any employees that have responsibility that includes DEI, in HR or elsewhere? Keep hearing this at Crown and in the news, and it always seems like it's all just BS from people that need someone to blame for their own lack of success.
Serious question. Do you think Crown will cut the DEI stuff now that it’s been dropped by the government and quite a number of large companies?

Met her once, polite, attentive but less polished and knowledgeable when away from her notes that she always reads from. Disappointing for an individual holding such an important position at Crown. Won’t miss her, we deserve better.
KB was okay but she got her position because of the “Women in Construction” initiative, not because of merit. Merit should always be prioritized. Was she laid off or did she jump ship to another employer? Employees at her level are leaving voluntarily now. I know that BL just left Crown for Radius Global Infrastructure via news article.
