If we look at earnings and profits only then NO, SF is not a sinking ship. It takes time for those the top floor of the ship to get their feet wet when water gets inside.

@1jzo-do you understand “frivolous lawsuit?” Do you understand judicial ruling? You might want to invoke some of that research you spoke of. It is easy to throw out wild accusations and crazy conspiracy theories. Researching facts is where you apparently struggle. You might want to research before you post.

Hahahaha, this frivolous lawsuit was rejected by the judge with prejudice meaning it was so frivolous that all of the plaintiffs are barred from ever presenting another similar suit-ever! Nice try dummy.

The don't care about their employees. All they do is kick them out the door when they get tenure, take their benefits away, and only take care of their family or who married into the company. The hypocrisy and lies run deep.
I guess my point was: If SF isnt sinking why then are their claim handlers sinking and claims in general in a very bad position? That disconnect between how SF is doing overall and how its handlers are doing is a very bad disparity.
Its not a sinking ship no, and it is a fortune 50 company. Why then from the CA/CS point of view does SF feel like a broke and struggling mom & pop company that seems lost and overwhelmed with their position in the market?
Why is turnover so high at the lower levels? Shouldn't people be begging to be a part of a fortune 50 company and also the largest company in the industry? Isnt that sort of just natural with the territory? Then what is SF doing that is making this so unpleasant for its claim handlers? Why? Really all SF needs to be is just average and people flock to a company in its position....yet people run...quick....
Something just isnt adding up at SF. I feel the way SF treats its programmers and programming positions is how their claim handlers should be treated, as its our core function. This isnt the case though.
Again.....why....when it would be so easy to not be this kind of employer to your employees?
