On 26 May, let’s vote in line with Engine #1 proxy. New members for the board, withhold execs pay and kick out the board members who approve Woods pay. Only this way we can PIP woods.

By the way, Woods cut investments, laid off workers with PIP and maintain dividends at a time of losses while giving himself the same RSU when morale and earnings were p-ss-d poor. That’s not gutting the company? And engine #1 is?
As if woods isn’t gutting the company. Insanity is trying the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. Rather try engine #1 and see where the dice rolls. Who knows? They actually might get something right?
Engine #1 is a joke, and would gut the company and our jobs.
I'd love to PIP woods, but destroying the company and our jobs is probably not the right answer.

This is the opportunity to finally give upward feedback, instead of letting our supervisors and managers escape unscathed through the KOF by selecting one or two of their pet reports.
