I know it’s stressful to face the possibility of a layoff. I actually got my notice this morning, so I understand the worry. But I’m holding on to this truth: What may have been intended against me, God is working for good. I’ve seen before how God can take hard moments and turn them into something better than I expected. I believe He can do the same for you.

I’m sorry some folks on this thread are mocking your faith and hope (the confident expectation of good). God does not control people, so He cannot stop an LR. I was impacted as well, but I believe God is setting me up for a promotion (may not be the kind of promo you imagine though). For those who trust in God, He is our provision. Cisco (or any employer) is the avenue God uses to provide for us. Be blessed. Praying for favor for all impacted.

@a3, When I say "good", I didn't mean just something pleasant or helpful in the short term. I meant the kind of good the Bible speaks of—God’s greater plan that works through every circumstance to shape us and fulfill His purpose, even in hardships. God bless you.
