I’m sick and tired of the jokes towards bill ford and Jim Farley. They don’t deserve it. Do you see all the good they do? Look at all the press they get on their hard work and efforts. Look at all the good. It says good things. Unlike skepticism in these sort thread comments.

I agree that they are the ones who have credentials for attracting and retaining talent in Michigan? The strategies however aren’t ethical and are misleading. I’m not sure we should champion these individuals to influence policy. We should take a closer look at their specific strategies for “attracting” and “retaining” talent in Michigan and identify if it is “positive sum” for both parties.

What societal problems are they focused on? I’m confused and need some help understanding. Are they innovating problems or solving them? What core values is being referred to here that Ford carries? I’m not looking for jokes please I’m genuinely trying to engage and learn.

Perhaps we should look at who endorsed them to the 2025 Mackinac Policy Conference list, maybe they can address these inquiries?
