Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

How many of you won't call your State Farm policies?

I'm amazed at how many co-workers I talk to weekly that absolutely despise this place and hate every single aspect of their job but still pay State Farm thousands every month in premiums? Is it Stockholm Syndrome?

This company is a total living sh-t hole and the Executives are the absolute sc-m of the earth that abuse people? Not only that, we are too expensive? Can some explain why? Makes no sense, cancel your State Farm insurance and go somewhere else! Place is a he-l hole! Get them in their own "Accountability Cycle" - Fu-k that place!

Once a company steers away from its mission and vision statement with their customer as well as its employees its longevity will become shorter. Since the company steered away from the Rusts who believed deeply in the company's mission and vision for huge bonus money and cutting staff, the longevity of the company is in question by both the employee and the customer. Ethics have consequences.

I tried to switch 3-4x in last 2 years. SF is still the best priced product for homes and auto in my area based on my longevity and claims free discounts so until my rates go higher than the other companies I’m staying

Progressive is just about the same as I’m paying now but homowners is much more

Remember Lehman Brothers? State with their production/metrics is same. Eventually with the workforce they have today, a whistleblower is eminent. SF thinks with rate increases and cutting costs, they will save. I doubt it because the service will be such that the customer will not pay the price. The funny money days are over SF.

@dn How I spend MY TIME IS JUST THAT MY TIME and is NUNYA! Come by while I am doing it and tell me to my face on my property I am doing brainless work. Brainless work is much more difficult than the stupid sh*t pushing a pencil. More enjoyable too!

Look everyone! An overpaid pencil pusher who doesn't know how to wash a car or mow a lawn! An easy 1000 yard deletion!

@d7 My soul is clean and proud to have retired as a grunt because I never sold my soul to evil like many I have seen do. Money can't buy me because I am not a Wh*re like you. Such as sad individual. At least I have the courage to tell you to your face like I have done. You can't because you can't live with yourself and your lonely life.

This is what you get when you trust the preachers of accountability, trust, ethics, morals, and shared values. Trust not one of them. They say "Keep the promise" because they only believe it is for you and not for them. They lie, steal, cheat, and so on while looking you in the face. They do not give a F*ck about their customers. RICO should have been a clue. The Gutierrez case should have been a clue. Not to mention many more they sweep under the carpet while mumbling "it's a business decision." The bottom line is SF does not care one bit about you and your family. If it is for "their" gain and not the customer, they'll stick the kn--e in and twist in a heartbeat. The very values and ethics they sell are the very ones they will break to anyone outside their circle. Trust none of them!

I put my money where my mouth was when I was happy working here, and when they’re done discarding me like trash I’ll dump them too by calling up my agent to tell them exactly why Then I’ll tell everyone I can about it when the subject comes up. I can see who they’re replacing us with and they aren’t smart or wise people at all. They also probably don’t even have SF insurance.
