Does anyone actually know how much their bonus will be this year? Are we supposed to have that information by now?

My team's "Team Score", one of the multipliers for the bonus, is DRASTICALLY down for 2024. It was 150+ in previous years, now it is down to 90. This means that we will only get 90% of target bonus. This is painful, considering that PepsiCo's current fate was because of poor decisions of people like RL who get millions of dollars of bonuses. Why are the ground-level people the ones getting punished for the poor decisions that our so-called leaders make?

@b3+1jmn5nwhs Yes if people say 25%. It’s 25% of your level target (your level gets 12% annual base salary). Years past we got 160% and 180%

Recent retiree here, can someone share when “bonuses” are slated to be paid? Is PBNA (PES) getting bonuses?
This would be my first year getting one. I think I was supposed to get 12% of my base.
Does this 25% mean I will receive 25% of the 12%? So like 3%?

PepsiCo’s Leadership should be held to same %’s as employees. Let’s see how fast that improves future bonus payouts.
That’s what I heard too. Frito would be negative if leadership had their way. Claw back some of that salary to cover the lost sales.
The word is sub 40%.
I'll have to wait until 2026 to see what my 2025 bonus will be. As far as 2024's, next week. Should be the same as last year, $75k and 1000 shares of stock.
