Keep him! More useless high overhead that doesn’t get that we sell vehicles and not an electrical architecture. No affordable, working FNV for future programs is incompetence.
@d2 both Ottawa and Waterloo have plenty LL6 from BlackBerry that attend meetings and do nothing else. Basically parasites. Need to be cleared out.
To be clear - I'm from BlackBerry and they are just as bad at Ford as they were at BB.

Not surprised, Canadian employees are virtually free for Ford, their government has massive grants for their engineers. Ford just has to pay for the building and the overhead costs. Nice people too.
