My office is in New York. My severance is showing <90 days pay. Is that severance in addition to the 90 day WARN notice requirement?

I think you get your regular paychecks for 90 days because you are still an active employee during WARN. Severance does not reduce an employer’s liability and should not be used to offset WARN.

You only may be entitled to WARN notice pay if they failed to provide 60 days notice (which they didn’t fail to do.)
the company Not Obligated to obey WARN either - speaking of company obligations. the company has already previously blown through WARN notices and simply paid the penalties
In successfactor if your location not tagged as NY then you won’t be eligible for NU warn notice . Mostly you might be tagged as Teleprompter or so in successfactor n so unfortunately Warn won’t be applicable
in august remote staff got where job was headquartered
the address shows on the Warn Notice
i think the warn notice for today needs to be filed first - then you will see layoff end date tnree months later so 12/24
