Bonus for staying after the split?

Is anyone else hearing rumors that they are offering a bonus to anyone who stays for 90 days after the split?

that was a lie to keep retention during the split for the rural workers that got gutted. just like the transfer portal. that was talked about for a long time and then it was never a thing. I hear they are opening up rec's for Atleos but at 14-17 dollars starting.

It does make sense if they screwed up the headcount layoffs. Question is why would you wanna help for 90 more days. did they already notify employees of their termination date? Someone somewhere screwed up.

But I will say this, not everyone here is gonna get a new job that pays them more and better atmosphere. Some might get lucky. My area where I live woulda be a 30% pay cut for most jobs.

The only way I would ever accept this from NCR is if they went ahead and laid me off , gave me my severance package. Then I would want consulting fee from them extended days at twice my pay. Plus I would want to know exactly what was expected of me.
When I was laid off, 3 weeks later I was asked to comeback and help train Serbia call center associates as they were struggling. Of course i turned that down.

Don't trust them. They probably have a team of lawyers working on the wording so they have an out and sc-m of the earth Mullet boy will use that out with a smile on his face.

The bonus is pertaining to "if" the separation goes as planned.... so dont count on it happening. It's a bogus carrot on a stick they have no intention of allowing to happen

I wouldn’t trust any kind of IOU from NCR…..anytime something has been “promised” it was nothing more then a lie. Pay it upfront or is just BS.
