What’s your feeling about today’s town hall?

@kxa+1nNWVZZf True the LLx have always played games with Pulse.
It use to be that Pulse didn’t track how many times someone submitted a survey or who the submitter was. So the LLx would submit multiple glowing reports for themselves and loads of poor reports for their frenemys (competition). The GSRs were astonished that the participation rate was 100% (and sometimes > 100%) when they all knew they weren’t taking the surveys. There were inevitable scapegoating for nasty comments and investigations for reported bad behaviors that LLx had entered to cause problems for other LLx.
Then about the time GDIA was created, the Pulse survey stopped being anonymous and the cdsid was tracked and associated with comments which are archived and analyzed with analytics. The LLx avenue for stealth manipulation of Pulse results was closed, and the strong arm era entered where some LLx would hold a Pulse meeting where everyone was required to under supervision enter specific values in their Pulse survey. Surprise, surprise 100% positive results.
And anyone who thinks the whole leadership chain isn’t in on the Pulse game is a fool.
My friend who retired from HR hated Pulse season, as it drove a spike in HR investigations followed by retaliatory reports and investigations. The HR team got so jaded that they ignored a lot of reports as how could one tell the real problems from the LLx games
Yet another opportunity to play I spy the lie. It’s crazy once you spot each presenters tells you can’t stop seeing them. Ford will go down the drain like Yellow. Another 100 year old company that was too big to fail, until it wasn’t.
"I enjoyed the Town Hall. It went well and was informative on the new way we do things. First time I have seen our new HR leadership too and a great into. Although I believe the Town Halls are even better when our top leaders are speaking and presenting (BF, DF, JF).
Plenty of good questions were addressed. I don't understand the complaining here."
You know there is an art to good propaganda. It has to be subtle. My bad if you are being wonderfully sarcastic.
It's all staged.
It was awesome.

August 7th and 8th 2023. Is the big Layoff Days for Ford Credit and Ford Motor Company.
Jokers hall
What did GDIA do to you?
"Pulse is a joke. I don't know why they continue with that charade.

In the defense of Pulse, it's been a joke for the 30 years I've been at Ford.
Why does everyone asking a question read from a cell phone? Can't they remember their question(s) or are they provided questions?
HR guy repeated what he said in the ford blue presentation earlier this week. Now that is efficient as he could reuse slides of his presentation and not have to develop something that was informative
Pulse is a joke. I don't know why they continue with that charade.
The section about pulse results was frustrating. They were given feedback that they were not communicating well and they completely ignored it.
get rid of GDIA
@kdb+1nNWVZZf
you are funny .
Message: We're not cutting costs fast enough.
Meaning: You're not doing your job well enough.
Meaning: A reason why we can justify the next round of layoffs.

One word: Lies.
On the cost cutting Just start with Ford Next, FLV and his clown circus that cost us over $3 BILLION per year. Get rid of that and our costs are lowered even more than they are saying they want.
I think it all comes to one question and one question only: Is my job safe and do I have any career growth with this company?
Anything else is BS, and we all know the answer.
All fluff. And they never answer any real questions.
