Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Sh-t show

Brian Kane would literally fire his mother to save his own job. He's a creepy insensitive numbers first guy. The entire executive team is completely inept and incapable of running this company. They fu-k up and we pay the price.

Same here, left Humana to work for Aetna. What a big mistake.

“Hate to tell you Mr. Kane is basically a Corporate Exterminator. He's brought in the clear house. He last done this at Humana. He is doing his job getting rid of departments completely. AI is how things are going and it is decided this is how the company is going automated.”

Yup. I left Humana to join CVS (big mistake, I know) and you’re completely right about Brian.

I agree about Brian. Came in like a lot of these newbies and tried to make undesirable changes to make himself look great. The whole team blows for sure

Karen is absolutely fu--ing useless and her lack of depth on any topic is frightening. This is what DEI hiring gets you.

Many years ago, bosses took responsibility for failures. The idea of “the buck stops here”, is the idea that the boss makes the decisions and takes responsibility for those decisions. At CVS, Aetna, and all the other CVS owned businesses, that’s not the case. The executives failings are always your fault at the bottom. Meanwhile the corporate honchos can do no wrong and always get rewarded even when stuff goes bad.
