Other than the ELT, every single one of us is seen as replaceable to the company. There is always somebody cheaper. If you work here and believe you have job security then you are delusional. No matter how good you are, what matters is how much you're paid. And there is always somebody cheaper out there.

You can always say someone else is cheaper. That's ok! Let's play that game. Next time you go to get food, gas, and anything that requires labor SHUT IT OFF! See how long you last! Wanna play survival of the fittest....Let's play! Sit in your desk and see what you produce. Not a darn thing except a cog in a needless beauracy. Definitely one of those that don't have enough powder to wipe. Labor is what built this country. Think of that when you key the door to your house. Another one of those GE-Z!
They moved here specifically off American propaganda, their lives suck these are my parents and grandparents I’m talking about.
They are nothing special and actually have way worse living conditions than probably what the same lines of work would provide in their home countries.
Unfortunately their lack of experience in their home country, they are still to this day telling me I should be proud to be living here.
They barely have health insurance and are constantly in debt.
Immigration happened around Ww2 so they have 0 experiences with a bit of gov socialized insurances.
I’m bilingual I did not put it on my resume because honestly I’m fluent, but some people speak way too fast. I learned Scandinavian languages as 1st world language would off set me in the business world.
My family is also partially Scandinavian, I can now see why my greedy ancestors immigrated here.
I can hardly even settle claims without a Spanish interpreter, it’s really rare I speak any first world eu language to someone that lives here.
I’m in the works of liquidating my assets and moving in with family and starting over on that side of the world.
From the outside in, this country is getting really extremely difficult to live in, even if you are born here. I can see why more and more Americans are getting out on huge wait lists for dual citizenship. The USA is exporting more educated people, than intaking educated and productive culture learning immigrants.
I can say this with my chest because, it took me over 2 years to learn these languages, and another year for me to be comfortable learning values and traditions so I don’t get judged, or someone say oh another entitled american.
Face it most Americans are too lazy and not dependable for work. Immigrants are the only solution to the employment problem.
Just put a direct walkway from the southern border into the Pheonix and Dallas hubs directly to a desk, hire them at minimum wage, and layoff all the rest. Biden agrees we are all replaceable. Might as well use the children too.

Cool I’ll collect my unemployment for a year, and move on. I could care less if this company stays or not. I have no power or control or any feedback that’s taken seriously from the top. I don’t even offer feedback anymore It’s just a waiting game now.
If you’ve been employed for over 2 years you really have nothing to worry about. If anything it’s probably a deserved break for most.
