Can the SLT stop draining money by giving the stupid hats nobody gives rat’s a-s to wear that even though SLT would like the employees to wear it for free advertising. SLT should pay to deserve the free advertising.

I also insulted by stupid hat and no raise as inflation runs out-of-control.
On a second thought - it may become a collectible soon, when some company or SPAC fund buys GloFo at a discount prices, rename the unit and replace SLT.
Can cell hat on eBay. Or send it back to your favorite SLT member as a farewell gift ;-)
P.S. Agree with @1lwu - hats are nothing, compared to $$M's drained on stupid logo redesign and extended retainer for McK-consultants who advised on stupid PR actions.
Hats are nothing. They are draining bigger money on travels for stupid meetings and workshops. Those CA people travelling to Dresden, Singapore and US Northeast. And on funding external research like imec or univs which is useless. And yes, on hiring new people, instead of retaining and promoting existing people.
