don't care about shares, get a few RSU <20K, WFH get more home repair done. freelance work on side. pick up, drop off having lunch with kids in school.

There is no shortage of jobs in semiconductor industry with the chip shortage. If you are willing to move, double salary for techs. There is also better pay at local jobs at BALL, Regeneron and CNSE(Albany U).
