There are more layoffs coming. I hear in about three weeks. The ones I know about will be in compliance.

33/33/33 plan is to split workforce between high/medium/low cost regions at those percentages. They had it in an all hands a while back.

And anything they think they can outsource to lower cost regions they will. I don't believe their 33/33/33 plan at all
The payouts were heavily taxed and some were waiting even after July 1st to get paid. I would not consider that good

They should have been the first round since they are the ones who shape the success and failure of the business.
I have heard that 10% of management and tech are going to be in the next round of layoffs.
