I think Black Clark leaving will set the company back another decade. Cisco. Is. Cooked. The ghost of Black Clark will haunt each and every organization.
Rodney was a toxic DEI hire who drove the partner org off the cliff. The replacement Tim should fix it some.

Although ethnicity is usually the go-to speculation for the sudden change, this LR is very much impartial, and we can expect to see a variety of SVP/VP gets impacted in September. I think were all in for a very unexpected surprise before the end of the year.
