But let's say my guess is right, Hock can't sell anything off until he is CEO. So whenever the deal closes, which now looks like mid-May. That being said, he can shop those BUs around and line up buyers prior to acquisition. That way when the VMware deal closes, he'll sell off those pieces within the first few weeks.
