It is confirmed DPA will disappear before the end of 2025 . Brand is damaged beyond repair!

@gn ISPs/carriers keep logs for IP address assignments just for a limited time, often just a month or so. They typically don't disclose which customer was using a particular IP to anyone unless legally required to do so through a subpoena, court order, or search warrant. And since those are hard to obtain, it's safe to say your passing remarks will probably stay anonymous forever.

What DPA and S&T were trying to achieve was never going to be a fit for PepsiCo's consultant type work culture. Being tech driven doesn't work for a company that produces chips and soda. S&T should be dissolved, but I suspect much of PepsiCo's problems will continue to persists as leadership problems are prevalent outside of S&T as well.

@ja I could not agree more! No new leader of DPA - just get rid of this whole failure and it’s cash draining VPs

@f1 Man, DPA was supposed to be the crew leading digital transformation under Strategy & Transformation—supposed to level up PepsiCo’s digital game. But nah, under that mess of leadership from G-yatri and her shady VP squad, it all went sideways.

They ran through company money like it was nothing, but where’s the results? No real strategy, no solid planning—just smoke, mirrors, and a bunch of shady backdoor moves that made a few VPs real comfortable while the rest of us watched the ship sink.

It turned into a performance—nice words, fake slides, no substance. Blame got tossed around, nobody took accountability, and shady behavior became just another Tuesday. Folks here got fed up, and rightfully so.

From start to finish—design to delivery—DPA been a straight-up failure. And if we being real? The clean-up needs to start with the VPs still hangin’ on like nothing happened.

@f1 Hey Einstein…Question for you…How do they ban you if you’re anonymous? My 10 yr old can figure that out.

Let me help you again. This time a little more slower. They track your home router IP address, they can get your name from the home IP address via router/carrier. How do you think cookies are collected and used??? Ge-z.

@f1 and that's all the PFNA senior folks will do, is talk about it. They are the ones that created this toxic and dysfunctional organization and enabled the players who made it this way. So the Senior folks who created this mess certainly aren't going to be the folks who fix it. If anything, they will get with HR cronies and just sweep it under the corporate carpet like it never happened.

@bx That last message was obviously a joke. Layoff site is anonymous . Posts and comments here aren’t identifiable, and they only get removed or banned if they break the forum rules. Simple!
It looks like some DPA VPs are starting to panic now that their carefully crafted narrative is falling apart and more shady stories from PepsiCo employees are coming out on this forum!
This is what happens when HR is broken, the code of conduct is just for show, and shady people end up in leadership roles. Employees are venting and sharing what they’ve experienced on public forums.

Just last week, I was chatting with a colleague from PFNA and it turns out stuff from this site is being talked about among PFNA senior folks for at least few weeks now. Word’s definitely getting around.
Have a great weekend everyone!

@bx+1jy4gskc7 I can't access this page using my computer with or without VPN, so I just use my phone. You are right they are trying to block people from using the site.

Layoff.com isn’t anonymous!! They’re blocking my router IP address!! Which means they can track that router address to a service than a person’s account and than name! They know who you are if Corporate asks. Posted using VPN. You’ve been warned. They probably delete this post

@an S&T and DPA musrt be dissolved. There is too much of heavy top leadership who does nothing and a network of Indians who just earn big bucks.
Shut this entire juice train down period.
Each position must be evaluated with a simple question justify what you are doing adds value.
You will find that 90% are doing nothing.

@an DPA’s brand has taken a major hit, and a lot of the blame falls on G-yatri’s poor leadership and her VPs, whose reputations raise eyebrows! Talk to folks in Plano or Purchase - the word in the halls is the same. People are calling it a sinking ship that might not make it through the year.
