some groups have not yet had ranking sessions, and all CL together, based on geography. Expect results in July.

@1eah The couple of people I know about are RE and I guessing they we identified as key resources that someone championed to make sure they were enticed to stay a few more bitter years for the pay.

Highly unlikely ppl know about CL increase as that system / process does not run until Sept/Oct. Also that system doesnt really allow shenanigans any more (highly automated with exceptions having to go to VP level).

Unless they are recent graduates within the fist 2-3 years or an extreme "hipo" with out of cycle promotion.

The ranking sessions from the lower CL groups have been completed. Likely HR has altered the results illegally based on target distributions.

Higher CL ranking sessions ongoing.

Anyone already communicated must have a sponsor or be a HiPo. Persons in those two groups are in no danger to drop, even when HR manipulates the results post sessions.

I have heard of some people being informed that they have moved up in ranking and CL prior to the formal ranking rollout and PIP season. I guess this is to keep some key people from jumping ship with another set of golden handcuffs?

Some people worry about where they will be ranked and how much raise that will equate to while some people worry that their job is at risk and how they can provide for their family after the PIP.

This is an annual layoff that in many cases is based more on politics than performance. Many good performers are worried they could get NSI for political reasons.

I know of some session still to be done in the 1st week of July. Then there are still some roll up activities, so probably not until late July. Target date to communicate typically is 1st of August.

You should hear in July at some point (when varies). There are still groups having ranking meetings, and no one hears until they're done.

Please be kind. Anyone is free to ask any question they want relating to the company, job, layoffs, etc. There is already so much negativity in this world. Why not try being a little nice? Perhaps it will make someone else feel better, especially if they are having a tough day and perhaps it will make you feel better for helping someone with a kinder response. We are all humans and we only have each other. Wait till AI takes over most jobs ...
