Word is that anyone who is non-compliant with this quarter's RTO workstyle insights will be layed off. Only recourse is an ex-com stay. Time to start badging in or get your sad story ready and hope for the best.

@1ct Please focus on outcomes rather than physical presence. Stop T-BAG’N Geoff & Elliott with your long sack of sweet potatoes.
Talk about being dragged down the sewer by a remote work force. Time for everyone to be 100% virtual.
Get ready to have your jobs be outsource to India. Remember, GM's and Elliot's mission is to squeeze profits by all means possible.
I love watching my OTD Over/Under in the office increase until the end the qtr and it resets to 0
If you su-k at your job, you’re safe from layoffs.
You forgot to add that if you work in our brand new facility in India.
No one is safe in America. You’re expendable no matter your ethnicity or gender.
If you're not white, or if you are an alphabet person, you'll be fine. Don't worry.
Haha! You got fooled. Nobody is tracking anyone. Waste of time.
The beatings will continue until morale improves!!
Correct me if I'm wrong BUT wasn't RTO an OU's goal? I heard VP's are reviewing people RTO averages, so if you say "I was RTO " as required you just lied on your yearly review.
I enjoy dipping in for a couple hours to get credit for a day in the office.
@bt. Go check HR email long ago when pushing RTO, there's a clause mentioning noncompliance could be reason to terminate employment. Ofc I also suspect our OU leaders are using it to scare employees so that his year end performance metrics look better and have higher bonus. He has a history of doing such move.
Ok, I tend to think this is BS; however, we already know that managers never actually managed people who were not complying with the RTO rules before “Work style” was rolled out. Still, the “reason” for RIF told to employees won’t be that they failed to comply with RTO so it won’t be a strong enforcement mechanism.
That would imply that workday and workstyle can integrate - which we all know is impossible.
In my ou, it will start in Q2,Q3 when we have more people than work.
Your directors would know now the AOP is almost done. Use any public meeting Q&A to ask them
good times a coming for slackers
