Already sick of hearing PRICE AND EASE, AND UPSKILLING. We can't say training any longer. It is now upskilling. So f'ing stupid. And price and ease sounds like a two dollar ho. Also I read alot on AI and the word upskilling it all over artificial intelligence material. Must be where the dip sh--s got it from.

@bt+1jwq507p0- DEI except at the highest levels. As usual the greatest beneficiaries of DEI/WOKE and affirmative action are women with low levels of melanin i.e. your mothers, wives, sisters, nieces etc. They have gotten the vast majority of the benefits that were meant for the folks who never got their "40 acres and a mule." Oh and here is some news for your D.A. they are also get the majority of the welfare benefits too, and you can take your "per capita" and put them where the sun doesn't shine.
Previous poster is exactly right. Laughed outloud when I read it. SF really tried hard to go to number 2 or 3.
I can't believe the number of SF workers who sit in a coffee shop with their laptop going. Worrisome because they aren't working but wasting time talking to others and the conversation is antisocial and defamatory. Shameful representation and they think they WFH. So much for upskilling.
I care no more about the company than it cares about me. I couldn't care less if we drop to number two or five or twenty as long as I get a paycheck for doing my little job. Above my pay grade to give a cr-p.
Statefarm has been wasting their own time and money thinking they are going to remain in top. They will lose their top spot and execs will be in the chopping block, next step would be to go public. Maybe this reorg or downsize is to better position themselves for investors.
Whenever leadership from low level to higher level at SF has addiction and marriage issues, what do you expect. One cannot think clearly when their personal life is in dire straits. Too much Industrial disease within their lifestyles. They are too far out there to deal with common sense.
I doubt Price and Ease is the reason why Progressive grew 7 million policies last year to our paltry growth. Rather than create more slogans, why doesn't someone try to figure out what our completion does differently than us? Clearly our model is not working anymore.
SF is still all about DEI and WOKE...sad
