Sure "Tip's" VPs and Directors and Managers are All getting huge raises and bonus this year and close by his side. All those folks in charge that don't even know what the heck they are implementing but acting like process gurus and big shot technocrats. Glad not there anymore. Dont have to see the daily propaganda and fake positivity.

Tipsturd is a BIG tu-d and a BIG pile of 💩. That 20 million bonus won't even look big compared to this year bonus probably double if they play with numbers and make them right profits. Snake Farm's MATH never adds up correct for that exact reason to only benefit themselves at the Top and his Minions. While the employees in Claims and Underwriting who do most of the work making this company profitable will be forgotten when EPR's are completed and given average pay raises and EPI bonuses.
@bsg: I deserve every penny of my $20 million. A great case could be made that I'm worth double that. I rescued this company from my doddering predecessor with his indecisiveness and speech impediment. I turned State Farm into a financial powerhouse.
It will be fun to see how he can explain away at 20 million dollar bonus while he takes away more benefits. Should have an approval rating excluding his constituents.
