Well, how do we feel after that town hall? 🫠

@bq+1jvabx495 - I was laid off on 9/27/24. I remember for months leading up to that, a bunch of people in our town halls were kissing the a** of the CEO and other higher ups. Putting heart and laugh emojis, acting like nothing was going on. I remember in one of them, somebody had the audacity to ask if Rebecca liked pineapple on her pizza. WTF? We're worried about our jobs and THAT'S what you ask?! The artificial positivity was too much to handle.

@bq+1jvabx495 Lol I was laid off the first round in 2023 and I'm pretty sure I know exactly who you're talking about.

I'd be lying if I said I haven't enjoyed some of those types of people, and ones I saw talking about how we should have positive attitudes, not blame the company, etc. now "open to work" and worrying about losing their own jobs.

For all the rest, I'm truly sorry you're still stuck in limbo at that garbage company. Some of the d-mbest leadership I've ever seen ran the company into the ground, but the average person has to pay for their mistakes.

All the fakeness and a-s kissing in the chat was pretty disgusting if you ask me. Yeah I’m calling you out Nick. It’s giving….bootlicker.

There's an external and internal onboarding. But both handle compliance so they might have been grouping them together. Essentially you're an onboarding specialist/compliance specialist is what the job title is. There's just an internal onboarder (who communicates with the nurses whereas an external onboarder communicates with the hospitals and not direct contact with the nurses). But both handle compliance and does onboarding duties.

Felt like they didn't know how many people had already been impacted by layoffs in onboarding and kept referencing compliance when they are two different departments.

Just here to say "we do it better" should definitely not be the slogan.

Like it’s the same dog and pony show they have always gave. I’m unsure why anyone would ever think their position here is safe. Every single department is being moved to WRS and we all know it. Giving people false hope once again that they’re safe is their way. Hearting and cheering in the chat isn’t going to make them keep you. They seem to be moving to more client based which is how I believe aureus was when it comes to compliance and protocol . This can easily be automated. Which I think is their goal. Once they have what they need because they don’t know how to do it themselves, everyone is out.
