Were you honest with the latest Glint Survey that came out today for the all staff meeting next week?
I was, and will it impact me future? If it does then I know for sure this company is not the last place I will ever work.

@OP I was honest in the Glint Survey in 2023 and was removed from my leadership role immediately :( - Sad that you can't be honest without consequences
I was brutally honest and don’t really care if it is not anonymous (other than that being deceitful).
Brutally honest. At this point, what do I have to lose. If they want to listen, then they have my feedback. If they don't, then do I really care?
This is not anonymous. As a manager I get the results for my department and can pretty much figure out who is who.
@bp On an earlier survey, the survey result was 3.5 out of 5. Which is stunningly high. And disappointing. There's some cowards in this company - probably offshore.
After years of surveys that did not amount to anything....I am no longer participating. They say it's anonymous but I don't trust this company. I think nothing good would come out of responding.
Both barrels right in the chest, not that it matters at all at this point. Will senior leadership see it or care? It's too late for many of us.
FIS will not be the last place you'll work, and anyone who still thinks that is delusional or naive. Younger workers hop jobs regularly and older workers with experience are being rif'd.
I was honest. I also suspect the real answers to the would you recommend fis as a place to work question are being ignored
