Just got it confirmed today that Meraki-account managers will be essentially merged. So sounds like one person in, one person out. Love a little competitiveness in times like these! Time to start outworking your counterpart and showing why you should stay in your and potentially at the company. Much needed hit to the first line managers on both sides too. Let the mf games begin!
Usual drill is communication goes out mid August , 1month given so people can either quit on their own or wait and watch . Axe falls mid September . Some managers send 1x1 invite a week or 2 ahead to give a clear hint and read the message given by HR
LR are communicated day after the earnings call if these happen. You will get lots of hints from various sources including affected employees’ Laptops being proactively monitored.
There is nothing you can do. Enjoy the moment while it lasts.
If there will be an LR I would anticipate CR mentioning something on the Q4 earnings call in August with notifications going out shortly after that.
