PSG 22 3 EE at 97% CO 7% rise and 17% bonuses. I think psg 22 is 16% bonuses in the old calculation. Need to post for another job or will just get 1-2% structure adjustment next year. I would get 10% in the old system ranking at 1. I have been a 1 for the last four years. It’s a joke.

Retired in 2020. No bonus this year, for first time. Approx $100k in 2019 performance and 2017 restricted awards. Cashed out other grants with high stock price for about $250k. Didn't really plan all this extra cash (and income tax) during retirement and looking forward to putting it behind me and getting on with lower taxable income.

Stalking from MPC. MPC paying 170% if target on bonuses but doesn’t give generous raises. In fact our salary grades only increased 1.5%. Genius move when you are bleeding people….

What PSG 26 with 3 EE’s wastes their time commenting on this site? Seems like they should be more into working at that rate.

Lol, psg 27 cip target is around 30%. Even with a 1.5 corp factor that is about 2x higher than possible. I’m a 26 and got 124k with 3 EEs on a 250k base.

120% of CO is typically the max. That is where you need to get promoted because you have had stellar ratings several years in a row. You will get minimal raises, regardless of performance, if you don't get promoted. The good news is with the current quantitative look at promotability, you will get flagged for promotion before you get to 120%.

What is considered “top of pay scale”? Is it within a percentage of the top?

PSG 24, mid 5% raise, was at a CO of low 90’s %

From what I can see. Bring lower in your CO is more important than performance. This system is so bad.

PSG 22
Was tight under CO
4% raise
3 EEs

This new system is terrible. No incentive for me to EE this year. No promotion opportunities. Why should I work hard to get the equivalent of a category 2 raise? In the old system I would have been looking at a huge raise.

@1jqy

Just look at the salary range for your pay grade in workday and find the middle figure…that’s 100% CO. Then take your salary and divide it by the middle figure and you’ll have your % CO.

What I don’t get and the company can’t justify is, how can you have a valuable contributor getting more money than someone who exceeds expectations just based on their competitive objective

by

Four exceeds and 8.7%. Can’t complain as I didn’t expect more than a mediocre rating. I guess the rest of the team stumbled with WFH a bit.

So, everyone understands how % works, right? 3% of $100,000 yearly = $3,000 increase in base pay. 3% of someone making $250,000/ year = $7,500. So, if anyone wants to compare, don’t just company %; look at the real number - absolute increment in $, not %.

For those with exceeds and low raises, you need to be talking to your supervisor about a promotion. If they can’t get you all promo, you need to post for jobs with a promotion. The new system will punish people that are exceeding expectations within the same pay grade year after year.

You are all so young and inexperienced. Raises are kept very low because it increases your salary in the future. You can’t beat the system and no amount of inflation will increase raises. Bonuses are the thing that really matters to you as a worker. Concentrate on that.

@bmo agreed. I have no desire to get more than 1 or 2 EE. Because if I get all EEs then I’m either working too hard than I should or they’re not paying me what I deserve. Or both.
