I thought the new process was supposed to result in quicker feedback. Has anyone actually received their formal ranking feedback yet this year? I can’t tell if some of the prior posts are parody….

Yes, many have already received their ranking information starting to date.
I was told early August. The hold up is on HR to get PIP plans in place before they will release them. Agreed that the fact it's taken this long is a bit jarring
