I'm as angry as the next employee, but don't we all use AI for things?
I wonder what confidential information she fed into ChatGPT. Isn't it one of those tools we have forbidden to touch with a 10 foot pole?

I agree, we all use placeholders sometimes. But the widespread frustrations expressed on this forum and among colleagues speaks to this and other individuals' leadership styles. This person is notorious for lacking the empathy and grace you’re showing now.
They lead by fear, intimidation, and belittlement. You can’t keep people down indefinitely, especially talented critical thinkers. If you choose to lead smart people by force, your own house better be in order. Leadership is about integrity, empathy, and uplifting others. Now, they are facing the ire of the toxic, high-stress cultures they created.
In a small defence, I do a similar thing when drafting stuff, where I will put Xs, *s, ?s, or whatever else as a placeholder. They might've just forgotten to fill it in, no AI usage required :p
Is she thinking of leaving? Her ability to create chaos is far from exhausted. I agree with the XX on her resume because there are no numbers she would have delivered
