There’s word on the security forums that there is a major data breach of Cisco, impacting some of their largest customers and involving source code, API keys, confidential information, and so on. Supposedly the information is up for sale already. Here’s hoping it’s just a groundless rumor, as things are going to get very ugly if true.

@1rxx+1v0QU95X Welcome back @Shills guys! You have been missed. Please ramp up your efforts immediately.
How has this not hit MSM?
No one big is reporting on it.
Breach news = 52 week high for the stock?
The update seems very dismissive. If the threat actors post more material, it won’t be a good look for Cisco.

massive LR on the way. Cisco can't recover from this. game over!
The attackers included information on seven Cisco employees, with their names, usernames, email addresses, and hashed passwords revealed.
Are these CX or Outshift employees?
There is no evidence of a breach actually happening here. Speculation is a 3rd party or subcontractor was compromised, not Cisco directly.
The PRC has had the ssn for shills guys since 2002. He is not too bright.
@bih+1v0QU95X 100%
Name a major security company that has not had a breach? Know that four countries have access to everything at any given time. All of us us will be personally impacted at some point.
CX must roll heads for this carelessness. Stop hiring clueless leaders SVPs VP's Directors Powerpoint hungry people. These people do not care about partners and customers. Partner community doing so much to bring the business but seems they dont care.
@OP+1uZQakxA posted this already.
It's a good thing every network equipment company is trying their hardest to insure we expose the control plane of our internal networks to their insecure servers which are collecting anything they can from our businesses.
Is this why we had a problem with DUO last week?
Inside job?
“Intel Broker, a hacker notorious for high-profile data breaches, is claiming to have breached the technology giant Cisco Systems, Inc. In a post on the cybercrime platform Breach Forums, the hacker stated that the breach enabled them to steal a massive amount of sensitive information from Cisco’s systems.
According to the hacker, the alleged data breach took place on October 10, 2024, while the Breach Forum post was published earlier today on October 14, 2024.“
