RTO should be called RTC. Return from Covid.

@en you’re obviously a bronconut. Your company is going to be in trouble making fun of your workforce using sarcasm without objective rationale for RTO. Remember what I said about Toys R Us….
Food for thought
I would be happy to return to the way things were before the pandemic. I had my own cubicle, short walk to the parking lot, cafeteria open with reasonable prices, and pretty clear work-life balance.
However what we are returning to is none of the above. The only thing I can control is the work-life balance. You want RTO, don't expect me to answer Teams messages or email outside of working hours or weekends.
Honestly, if you're sick just come in and get the whole office sick. Malicious compliance ;)
IKR? Scary that they live among us.
@av It was such a gross violation of trust. Threatening people’s jobs to get them to take a “treatment” that had no long-term studies and messed with the fundamental building blocks of your body.
And most people went along with it. And now they know that most of their workers are sheep and can be pushed around as much as they like.
@a6 Yeah um what the fu-k
I would laugh uproariously at hearing about your wife and daughter getting gang banged mercilessly
Will everyone work from home again when the covid numbers spike?
Or will it just be ignored this time?
Why is there no more talk of covid? Please advise.
I remember when Ford mandated the COVID juice to US salaried employees, but no other employees anywhere in the world.
I remember Ford firing people for not reporting their jab status.
I remember people having to hire lawyers to defend themselves from Ford's criminal mandate.
No one who went through that owes Ford anything.
The combined mandates of Ford and other large companies (which were probably "directed" by the boards of "directors") add up to a crime against Humanity.
Ford must pay.
Hey guys! Remember when the world froze, corporations hired more than ever, everyone worked from home, billions of dollars of loans were given out and then forgiven? Remember how awful that was?
Where were you oooh when the world stopped turnin'?
Yeah I remember. It was the moment in time when I realized I was right all along. All this performative theater around saving face was exposed to be all for nought.
The pendulum swinging the other way is not a correction. It’s a facade for consultancy execs who have no clear leadership or vision to rally behind. This too shall pass.
I wish that was your date of departure from this world
You’re a brown noser, keep it up you’ll become middle management soon!
