healthcare cost sharing went up already on Jan 1 2025 30% for my part. Stocks taken away and a 2.5% raise, the lowest ever. I think next to make people quit is back in the office 5 days/week.

FTO is not a benefit to the employee, it is a benefit to the company.  Don't get it backwards.

Most employee's only use minimal amount of FTO a year, nothing close to what they would have accrued with PTO. The biggest benefit to the company is that with no PTO accrued, there is nothing to cash out if you leave the company.

Cut the whole China team, include those supporting China business from different locations.

RTO costs $ for the company. They’re likely not to mandate it for a while, as there’s still a strong focus on cost reduction. FTO is also cheaper for the company. Unlikely to go away. Jaycation and year-end shutdowns are relatively cheap ‘indirect’ benefits to offer, since so many people already take time off around those dates. So they’re also likely to stay. Additional cuts would be more likely to happen in areas of direct hard-dollar expenditures, like 401k match, health insurance cost sharing, site services and facility improvements, annual VCP, etc.

I vote for commercial to lose jaycation while other functions still enjoy it.

They have gotten off lightly in these cuts as per usual and they need to make some $$$ during the summer

Better not be Jaycation. I've heard rumors about returning to office.

I doubt this would be on the chopping block. It’s one of the easier benefits to keep offering.
