Town Hall

It's really easy to figure out who is next on the chopping block based on what Geoff talks about or doesn't mention at all. All Canadian employees need to start looking for another job immediately. The number of times Canada was mentioned unprompted for no reason in the town hall really shows that Canada is the focus of Excom for some reason.

Also, weird how MEIC wasn't mentioned at all even though they have expanded greatly. Almost like they are trying to prevent us from being reminded that they are hiring so many people there.

I work with a team in India. They work hard, but they still have a long way to go in terms of quality of work. I spend more time correcting their mistakes than just doing the work myself.

Not sure if anyone have worked with the folks from India. The work quality could be better. Most are good with their words but poor with results.

We're doom. Our leaders are clueless on how to lead a company. They are just in it for themselves.

The manufacturing site is 100% closing in Canada. This has been a project for years. They're just trying to transition the production to PR.

Geoff was clearly underprepared today. We expect more from a CEO with $20 million compensation package. Appeared Ken W just woke up from napping on video feed. And why is Skip leading CV? No brainer bad leadership choice. Stock is up so who really cares.

I can confirmed. Medtronic is hiring a lot of people in India. I’m training a team there. It’s upsetting seeing our jobs being outsourced and GM has the gall to tell us to return to the office.
