It’s May 12th and I have not heard of any layoffs. I keep hearing about something is coming but nothing happens

@bf+1jv27sq9h it’s partly true. The truth is that they have their hands up now and they gotta find a rationale for what happened with the ballast employee. But we should know it’s bigger than black and white. They gotta make it look like something because denying anything went wrong is no longer an option
The one without the pension was “ballast” for the one that did so Ford couldn’t be sued for age discrimination.
I know of 2 given the thanks for your service of 20+ yrs but we no longer need you. One had a pension and the other one did not. Heartbreaking either way. I won't mention their departments until they give me they ok. Both were great employees with knowledge and good reviews. I don't yet know the reasoning for their separations.
