ET was given lots of flexibility. My team is going in about once a month.

I guess I’m lucky. My team is staying virtual.

Wait, how will I mow grass and run my errands before the weekend now? Pretty inconsiderate.

I already moved two states away. I thought this was gonna be permanent.

Quit being crybabies. It’s only 5 days a month!

Who is looking forward to retiring or another job elsewhere that allows WFH? SF may soon be even shorter on staff. Who wants an inventory of 400?

WHO IS LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING TERMINATED FOR NOT SHOWING UP IN THE OFFICE?

@sns+1bAyfpT2 Weird I’m waiting to hear back from 3 interviews for full time wfh. My wife also works from home and hardly knows what metrics are. They put these impossible tasks in front of you to keep you stressed and demotivated for raises and promotions.

It’s pretty disgusting comparing our jobs and expectations specially dealing with weaponized autism of people that typically file claims.

Have to micromanage because the quality of employees is average at best....below average for any. Which is why so many cannot even get employed outside of SF.

Micromanagement. Just wait. You haven't seen nothing yet!

@bev+1bAyfpT2 translation : Micromanaging is in management DNA and we must get back to that practice and habit as quickly as possible.

Most of our jobs are more efficient in an office setting. Going back to the office could be a good thing. Seems like most have just gotten too comfortable being at home.

Unfortunately, virtual is not the same as being in the office. We tried and it’s really not going that great.
