@wiit He will be held accountable for these poor results. His bonus will only be 15 million instead of 20.
Would be great if he is recognized for the massive destruction of value.
@9sde - That's a great show!!
The gilded age is back and better than ever.
My 401K is at an all time high!
Don’t worry stock market up 14%
@5arg-Here Here! Seems like one needs to bring some oil and vinegar to this site most of the time!!!!
@5bug-could you repost in something other than a word salad?
you are all tools to shady Board, industry and management and above
be proud while they all act like experts and give each other big bonus checks and retire - frauds
Streaming services, Disney etc, have lost a combined 5 billion and heads are rolling, layoffs, possible mergers. SF loses 30 billion in 2 years and nothing is done by the board. Corruption seems to run deep at SF.
Even the big boys get spanked now and then! More to come!
Tips said he would retire next year so we will see
You cant wait to see because you dont work here, but post all over the forums trying to stir people up.
Merry Christmas!!
@bef. Well said. The hypocrisy within leadership not only at SF but within corporate America is abundant to the point they reward each other and support each other for unethical behaviors while keeping the frontline workers in check. It's all about power and control. Once those ethics change if they ever do, you will see progress like youve never seen before. Until then just be aware of who is prey and who are predators.
The only thing that matters to them is Tips gets his multi-million dollar bonus while first-line leaders have theirs slashed due to the underwriting loss again. This is an executive failure and they deserve no bonus based on their failure to produce results. He-l, we rate timecard employees a level 1 or 2 based on their failure to meet the targets set for them. In fact, for two performance cycles in a row, they would likely be fired. Who in executive is going to be fired for this consecutive failure?
