Yes, many unqualified people being put in position because of bo--s, and race.
One manager broke the law and should have been fired... But no protect them at all cost.
With all the genders out there, what makes women so special that they deserve a 30-40% quota?
The last post also had the statement “go woke, go broke” assuming from one of the CVE leaders given the influx of wasp males in all the latest director+ roles.

Cenovus wants quota over qualified in many positions, at least here in the field
They literally have a target of 30% females in leadership, so yes, it is a target.
They also have a 40% target for women and visible minorities for BoD positions.
It’s all there in their annual ESG documents, a quota system.
The last thread on female leadership was deleted, let's see how long this thread lasts.
