ELT has been given the chance to do layoffs tactfully and respectfully. They’ve failed. June 11th the workers will make our voices heard. More will be revealed tomorrow PT. There are those who have been watching how Intel has handled these layoffs, the strike will be both employees and protesters who don’t want this kind of corporate behavior to become status quo. There exists bipartisan backing, apparently Intel rubbed both sides of the political coin the wrong way.

My 2025 Bingo card did not have active duty marines putting down a labor strike / protest at Intel but here we are.
How to get the voices heard by the CEO? He gave a command and people executed in different ways. How to know all organizations execute properly? Why many groups had very nonsense re-org to safely position all bad managers? Are we in a culture revolution to destroy all?

Use your time to find a new job. Intel management could not care less about a strike. It would just show who they need to fire first.
