How does a 52-55 year old “retire” from Cenovus? First DZ and now DP. They can’t possibly be bridging these guys to the actual minimum retirement age of 60 are they? Those packages must be massive, and then they have to pay their replacements. What a poorly managed company!
Planned retirements. Cuts are happening and more coming. Seems if you’re over 60 in any area forget about planning for retirement.
@fd+1jnn4a09k - one can only hope! When the VP called this out, sooooo many flags went off with regards to IT! LHSE knows about this all too well so I hear. Why do we have the not great outsource companies we do..think about it!!! Corrupt!!! DO NOT trust any IT leadership member!!!!
@dq+1jnn4a09k No. The VP flagged / called out that the company is not being compliant or enforcing compliance to the policy - vp was not flagged themself.
What about IT and Procurement? Any leadership overhauls coming for those areas?

Not surprised. Remember when that VP flagged at Jon’s town hall that we’re not compliant with our policy for gifts and the CFO basically said we don’t want to have too many rules? Was pretty clear at that point another retiretold would be coming.
