What do you expect of Nova Lake? I had thought it was going to be 100% TSMC but while CEO Pat did an interview stating smaller Nova Lake would be in house and larger die in TSMC. That doesn’t say great things about process competitiveness but it has a silver lining of hope. What do you think? I think if LBT had optimistic Nova Lake news he could share it and raise morale.

@b4 I seriously doubt that it is only one person feels this way.
@b3 no one said it wasn't important. Right now they need to make changes that will be wildly unpopular. There is absolutely no value in trying to maintain or improve morale until the actions are over.

That guy who keeps saying LBT is here to break Intel up? LBT could shut him up in five minutes if it were a priority. Yet he doesn’t even bother (for some reason….)
Morale matters though. I know Pat is supposed to be living rent free in my head instead of being held up at a good example, but we traded the Virtuous Cycle for the Doom Loop and if you want to stop spiraling downwards it takes as a bare minimum some lip service to reasons to believe in Intel’s bright future. All we have so far is “I like basketball”
Morale is not their highest priority right now.
