Freier is COO and next in line. He's been sending more emails out to the whole company lately which makes me think a change is coming soon. Especially if the planned T-Mobile consolidation fizzled out. Anyone around long enough to remember Philip Humm who was brought in to facilitate the AT&T merger? Once that fell through he was replaced.

@ak Funny you mentioned that since Mike Sievert hasn't left yet. He's still on the board and vice chairman.

Changing the CEO while keeping the same board won’t fix the underlying problem. New face, same decision makers.
