What about Lawrenceville?
I just concluded some phone tag with the man himself, Caught Robbin. He told me he’s played thirty six holes of golf every day this week to celebrate another passed EOY at Cisco. He was hopeful the sales teams executed, championed AI, and leverage their partners to level up deals.
Lots of changes coming as he’s put his top street dumper Peetu to work since Gary left. Despite being upset that Gary left and being stuck with the street dumper Peetu it’s only accelerated his want to hit the course in Atlanta early and take an early dinner at 3pm after playing 30+ rounds each day.
Caught Robbin believes he might actually try to leverage AI to land a spot on the PGA tour…well AI and the fact Cisco has a sponsorship he thinks he has chance.
He is very proud of everyone’s hard work to not only make him more money, but also to allow him 36 holes of daily golf while Peetu is delivering the upcoming restructuring and LR strategy to the board.
Before concluding the call he wanted me to share he doesn’t at all think you are naive or stupid for working hard to maximize his personal income while at the expense of yours and it’s not personal at all that the cuts coming may happen to you or your org it’s just business and business is difficult, but as Cisco is becoming a leader in the AI space we must realize and understand the path ahead and that requires changes, some large and some small.. regardless your ability to work through challenges and uncertainty of unemployment quarter in and quarter out is not only a testament to your stupidity, but your naivety as well..which me and my ELT greatly appreciate, because without you we are nothing, and with you we are nothing.

Cisco sold the BXB Campus back in 2021. BXB200 is now leased by Medtronic, BXB500 by Intel (and a restaurant), and Cisco leases BXB300.
BXB300 has quite a bit of occupied lab space that would need to be moved if/when Cisco decides to no longer renew the lease.
