When you’re PIP/PIL/Forced retired you have to fill out a survey electing what you will do. This survey currently has 430 responses. This may be an indicator of how many people are being NSI so far. If you PIP, maybe check back in after September 1 to see how many people have filled out the survey.

Assuming half are taking the PIL, 300 people quit in the last 2 weeks. Go ExxonMobil, way to Win! Good luck recruiting new hires to your sh---y company.
Anyone know how this case is going?

That story does not surprise me. The reality is that the company was outed last year for “fake layoffs” in the form of PIP’s. Instead of acknowledging this, they went in to create the sh*t show of the video about how this is beneficial and that 90% of people who elect the PIP pass (which is not to be confused with 90% who are put in NSI category that choose other options). Now they need data to back up that claim, but people are not interested in the game.

Did any managers get PIPed?
I was told yesterday that several people at one location were told NSI. Three of them immediately told the Supervisor they chose PIL. Apparently the Supervisor begged them to stay and said they could easily pass the PIP. Told them this was just to improve them and not to get rid of them. They all 3 basically said that if they were judged to be at the bottom then they needed to go somewhere they could be appreciated. Now that department in a bind shorthanded.
Geniuses.

No wonder you guys are NSI - can’t do simple math. It’s 400 or 1000 how does that matter to you? Who cares? Get on with your life and start doing something about yourself. Pathetic losers
Go counsel yourself!
@1lpl+1cevjn2J You are meaningless.
The number is meaningless. This site is pathetic sensationalism. I wish we can find a way to see who posts what om this site and give them nice “counseling”
Wait! If EM has 50900 employees and 8% are NSI, isn’t the answer you are seeking 4000? Why do you care about the survey?
@1cnb+1cevjn2J No one said it was an end all be all figure. But it’s a good reference point. Unless you all have something better, maybe stop nitpicking everything.
I’m the one who posted about seeing the responses. To add to that, those that do not respond are automatically put on PIP and their responses will not be counted in that number seen upon selection. So that number will not be accurate due to those who just opted for “auto select”.
The number of responses for PIL and PIP selection can be seen once you submit your choice. It was less than 100 when I did mine.
@azd+1cevjn2J OP here. It’s not anonymous how many people fill it out. I filled it out and it told me how many submissions there were which, as I stated, was 430 when I did it.
Post ID: @kvh+1cevjn2J I’m the OP and right. Which is why I said “PIP/PIL/Forced to retire” which NI under 5 would be.
There is no survey of this kind.
Really?
Do you think they record every time your benzene badge turned yellow?
Funny guy. Funny funny guy.
Well they could be NI as well (if less than 5 years experience)
Won’t the survey responses be anonymous ? (Only readable by EMIT and the survey creator)
