According to Harris Poll survey for USA Today, those who quit jobs during the Great Resignation regret the move, don't like their new position enough to stay or are searching for a new gig.
Now for Hitachi Vantara poll survey:

There was a close 2nd but HV was the worst company I was employed at. That being said, the technical team I was a part of at HV was fantastic, most if not all moved on, either being laid off or resigned. All, including myself, found much better opportunities and still talk to them.

My only regret was that I didn't leave this $h!t ho-e company years ago.

I follow forum to get warnings about layoffs. Followed at all of my previous companies, too.
Go read about other companies and you’ll see our posts aren’t that diff from many of them. It’s always doom and gloom and company on edge of death, but the companies keep kicking for years to come.
Hitachi Vantara employees are a bunch of frogs in a pot of water on a slow boil. Eventually they will all die. Any new frogs placed into the boil will jump out immediately.
