DTI is all the rage. No need for HC10 employees. It doesn’t take much make me wonder why we have so many BTC expats in the USA if we can just send everything straight to India.

It seems that the attractiveness of rock bottom salary outweighs the incompetence.
Hire 5 of them in hopes that 5 can combine to perform like 1 FTE, and still save 50% compared to 1 HC10.
It is cheaper for EM to hire an Indian at 10% salary then fly it to the USA with expat benefits and costs than it is to hire a US citizen at normal wages.
That is why campus and every US downstream site has so many Indian impats.
If India is so great, why is it a third world dump where people are willing to work for 10% salaries?
Seems like EM found a poverty stricken dump and is staffing up with impoverished people, paying them enough to maintain their poverty.
They bring herds of them to the U.S. for training & then send them back. But they keep leaving the company after returning to India. So it's an ongoing fool's errand.
@aw Hey hey slow down on dr-gs!
Indian people are very smart...that why a lot of indian expat coming to replace HC10 employee...HC10 is no longer needed in XOM...period...
