Tariffs will ki-l higher education jobs in the US. Now that Ford is being forced to do manufacturing with ridiculously expensive UAW workers, they will need to save money on engineering. Just ship that offshore. Thanks orange man, making America d-mb again.

You can't blame the workers; it's the managers who have the power to hire and fire both good and bad employees.
Tesla and the Japanese and Korean companies has a diverse workforce and they are making great products. Do you know why? There is no Union. Union is one of the main problem. Also, Ford management are not knowledgeable. Ford engineers are not innovative. The workforce is not self motivated. Sorry, but Ford is not a good company to work for.

It is true that non DEI eligible people need not apply, but even American DEI eligible would have a hard time.
They are hiring young american nationals on cheap too. It is because we are young. Fu-k our CV. We all get placed SG5. Unless you went to a school in California. Or studied leetcode instead of actual real-world experience.
